Brink will be shut down for the rest of the evening, likely as a precaution. She saw limited minutes since returning July 29 from a torn ACL, failing to log 20 minutes in a game over 19 total appearances. Brink figures to be much more involved, looking forward to the 2026 campaign.
Player News
Brink appeared to take an elbow to the face and was escorted to the locker room shortly after. She'll be considered questionable to return Thursday until more information on her status comes to light.
Player News
Brink's playing time was very choppy, as she logged six personal fouls in just 13 minutes while committing two turnovers. The nine points were her most since she went for 11 points and eight rebounds Aug. 20 against the Wings. The good performances have been few and far between, as she has been slow to return to 100 percent after a lengthy rehabilitation period following her torn ACL suffered last season.
Player News
The Sparks continue to ease Brink into significant minutes following her return from a year-plus absence while rehabbing a torn ACL. The second-year forward has yet to log more than 19 minutes since making her season debut July 29. Over her last five appearances, the Stanford product has averaged 6.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.0 blocks across 11.8 minutes per game.
Player News
Brink (ankle) was removed from Tuesday's game against the Liberty due to an ankle injury, but she was removed from the injury report before Wednesday's tip-off, and she was quite effective. Brink was able to score at least 10 points for just the third time in 10 games since returning from a torn ACL suffered in June of 2024.
